Simple Syrup
1 part Sugar
1 part Water
You will need a container that you can seal airtight. Measure equal parts sugar and water and add to the container. Seal the container and shake vigorously for a couple of minutes, dissolving all of the sugar. You will then let the mixture settle for a minute, and then shake again for a minute. Your simple syrup is now complete and ready to use in your cocktails.
